Why are we still left without JLs even after a year? Many of us resigned from jobs and declined other offers just because TCS told us to trust the process after receiving OLs. We've completed Xplore assessments, some even cleared IPA, yet all we get are bot replies to our emails. If JLs are issued batch-wise, why did others from our same batch get them and not us? And if there’s no requirement, why is TCS conducting new interviews and issuing JLs to 2025 batch while leaving 2024 hanging?
